HS Basketball: The Murray High Tigers begin play in the All A Classic this morning at EKU in Richmond as they take on Evangel Christian Academy. Tip off is at 7:30 with pre game coverage from the All A Network beginning at 7:15 on WNBS. If the Tigers win today, they would play the winner of the Martin County-Harlan game at 4 pm tomorrow.
College Basketball: Fourth ranked Tennessee blew out Georgia 70-41 and Louisville lost its ninth straight game 76-65 at Boston College.
Collate Athletics: A day after announcing a contract extension for football coach Josh Heupel, the University of Tennessee is extending Danny White’s contract. White has served as athletic director for the past two years during which time the Volunteers have won six SEC team championships. The contract extension starts at two-point-two-million dollars a year with a six-year rolling term.
College Football: The date is set but UT officials aren’t giving away any more details about the Orange and White game. The university says the game will be played at Neyland Stadium on April 15th. It will be a couple of weeks before additional information is announced.
NBA: Ja Morant had 29 points but the Memphis Grizzlies fell to the Golden State Warriors 122-120.
