had no lights to avoid a rear end collision

When the Hutch vehicle crossed into the southbound lane, it hit a
vehicle driven by 28-year-old Colby A. Traylor of Calvert City. A
passenger in the Traylor vehicle, 57-year-old Timothy A. Traylor of
Madisonville died at the scene. Colby Traylor and Hutch were treated
at an area hospital. The investigation is continuing.
